OEDA's Library and Information Services Team (LIST) has a requirement to renew its subscription with one of EEOC's primaiy, web-based research resources, provided by LexisNexis. The curent order, #45310018F0045, is for the web-based platform formaly known as Lexis Advance, now known as simply Lexis. Since the award of that order in fiscal year (FY) 2018, LexisNexis has introduced a new platform with enhanced feature functionality, known Lexis+ (Lexis Plus). The proposed requirements, satisfied by a noncompetitive solicitation and award to LexisNexis, will provide access to Lexis+ EEOC attorneys, paralegals, and administrative judges.
