Operation, Maintenance and Modification (OM&M)of the exposure research facilities at EPA Human Studies Facility (HSF) The purpose of this bilateral modification is to extend the period of performance from January 16, 2022 to July 15, 2022. In addition, obligate incremental funding in the amount of $616,284.00, which the contractor is not authorized to exceed without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. Funds are being allocated to CLIN 0005A in the amount of $489,000.00 and $127,284.00 are being allocated to CLIN 0005B. The price ceiling is increased by $1,232,568.00 which brings the total ceiling from $3,607,074.00 to $4,839,642.00. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
