This notice is being issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.203 Publicizing and response time, as an advance publicizing notification to industry of the Government's intent to execute a modification to extend contract EP-W-17-013. This two-month contract extension is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor supporting the existing contract is EnDyna-Int Sci LLC. The JOFOC will be executed via contract modification before April 6, 2023.
