The solicitation number is PR-OGC-23-00032 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561591 with a small business size standard of $25.00M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The EPA - HQ ACQUISITION DIVISION (HQAD) requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The Office of General Counsel is offering an annual retreat for fiscal year 2024 for its employees. The requirements will be to provide lodging & meal packages, and meeting support.
