The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking sources to provide two (2) Mantis Flare Monitors with Mantis Imaging Spectrometer and the associated Mantis Field Kits and two (2) Mantis Lite Flare Monitors with Mantis Lite Field Kits. Both the Mantis Flare Monitor and Mantis Lite Flare Monitor must have imaging spectrometer and user interface. The associated field kits must have Manfrotto 055 tripod with fluid head and mounting brackets. The Mantis Field kit must also have a Durabook Rugged laptop for use by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, 109 TW Alexander Drive, Durham NC 27711.
