This is a pre-solicitation notice. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of the Research and Development (ORD) – Graphics and Media (G&M) Support at EPA. The Office of Research and Development (ORD) is the scientific research arm of EPA, whose leading-edge research helps provide the solid underpinning of science and technology for the Agency. This contract will provide ORD’s Research Centers, and Offices (COs) across the country for graphics and media (G&M) support to enhance science and research results. The contractor is required to provide G&M support across the entire ORD enterprise. This is NOT a solicitation. This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The proposed requirement mentioned herein will be solicited as a small business set aside. The successful offerors shall be prepared to provide graphics and media support for EPA’s Office of Research and Development (ORD). The purpose of this requirement is to provide graphics and media support to enhance science and research results. The work to be performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) falls under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541430, Graphic Design Service. Interested firms must be able to meet the requirements, as stated in the PWS under the provided NAICS code. A draft PWS has been provided under this posting in FedConnect at www.fedconnect.net under the reference number 68HERH22R0049. The resultant contract is anticipated to be award INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (ID/IQ) firm fixed price in accordance with FAR 19.5. The acquisition will follow the procedures set forth in FAR Part 19, Setting aside acquisition. The resultant contract is anticipated to have a 12-month base period and four (4), 12-month option periods. Work under this contract will be ordered through the issuance of Task Orders. Questions will not be answered until the full solicitation is released. At this time no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted.
