Title: Region 6 Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) Design and Engineering Services (DES) Task Order for Remedial Investigation (RI)/Feasibility Study (FS) and Remedial Design (RD) at the former Tar Creek Superfund Site in Ottawa County, Oklahoma The resulting task order was issued pursuant to the attached Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (b)(2)(i)(B) justification for an exception to fair opportunity under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Remediation Acquisition Framework (RAF) DES multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. This task order is to provide support for the ongoing Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and Remedial Design (RD) work as well as RD implementation support for the ongoing and future Remedial Action (RA) projects at the Tar Creek Superfund Site, Ottawa County, Oklahoma. The RAF DES multiple award contract (MAC) awardees under contract line item number (CLIN) 0002 are considered the interested parties to this posted approved justification.
