Title: Region 6 Design and Engineering Services (DES) Task Order for Remedial Investigation (RI)/Feasibility Study (FS) and Remedial Design (RD) at the former Eldorado Chemical Superfund Site located in City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas The resulting task order was issued pursuant to the attached Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (b)(2)(i)(B) justification for an exception to fair opportunity under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Remediation Acquisition Framework (RAF) DES multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The purpose of this task order is to provide support for the ongoing Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and Remedial Design (RD) work as well as RD implementation support for the ongoing and future Remedial Action (RA) projects at the Eldorado Chemical Superfund Site located in City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas. The RAF DES multiple award contract (MAC) awardees under contract line item number (CLIN) 0002 are considered the interested parties to this posted approved justification.
