THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, located in Washington, D.C. intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to E-N-G Mobile Systems, LLC. The EPA National Enforcement Investigations Center (NEIC) has a need to contract with a manufacturer to design, construct, and retrofit a van into a mobile air pollution monitoring platform equipped with a Syft SIFT-MS , all SIFT-MS required support equipment, a high precision global positioning system, a motion-compensated anemometer.
