The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), Simplified Acquisitions/Laboratory Supplies Branch. This is an amendment to the solicitation supplying the EPA with an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) with laser ablation system. Based on reassessment of the Environmental Protection Agency's technical needs under solicitation number 68HERH21Q0011, an amendment to the solicitation would be of such magnitude that a new solicitation is desirable. Therefore, solicitation number 68HERH21Q0011 is hereby cancelled. A new solicitation for the revised requirement is forthcoming and will be posted to Fedbizopps.
