SOLE SOURCED ACQUISITION Purchase Order Title: Regional Liability Automobile Insurance To provide insurance for United States Government vehicles driven into Canada to attend planned meetings, respond to emergencies, and participate in exercises. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreements with agencies in Canada to support each other during incidents that may occur along the shared international border and the Government of Canada requires proof of insurance. This requirement includes four (4) pre-priced option periods. The resulting purchase order is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) order.
