The Environmental Protection Agency, in partnership with the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking contractors to visit Brownsville, TX and develop an addendum to a previous Greening America's Communities (GAC) report, which includes modified design options in light of proposed changes to an expanded land port of entry (LPOE) in the same area that the GAC report explored. Contractors are also required to identify additional funding resources that may be available to local government in order to help them implement desired elements of the vision within city-owned space.
