Synopsis: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES: This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106- 1(b). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS) Washington, D.C. intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Rivanna Natural Designs. It has been determined that Rivanna Natural Designs is uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government¿s requirements. This is to provide 214 plaques to support the Environmental Youth Program. These services are key components for the Office of the Administrator. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA¿s requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, by June 21th, 2019 at 12pm. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. Please send your response to: pawlos.girmay@epa.gov.
