The purpose of this cost reimbursable task order is to provide Remedial Design (RD) support and Remedial Action (RA) oversight support to EPA during RA solicitation and implementation associated with the Bandera Road Ground Water Plume Superfund Site (Site) located in City of Leon Valley, Bexar County, Texas. The task order period of performance date is established in accordance with FAR 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity Clause. Task order ceiling is established at $993,949.42 Contractor may not exceed(except at its own risk) without the approval of the contracting officer. This task order will be funded in part with Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation (BIL) funding and will be identified within each perspective CLINs. The contractor shall delineate between BIL funded activities/tasks/subtasks and non-BIL funded activities/tasks/subtasks when invoicing within the same invoice.
