SYNOPSIS Purchase of Preventative Maintenance agreements for PAC ElementS and OptiDist instrumentation for EPA NVFEL The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan, intends to purchase Preventative Maintenance agreements for PAC one (1) ElementS and four (4) OptiDist instrumentation. This includes IRIS software and instrument firmware updates. The acquisition of this Commercial item will be subject to sole source competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541549, Other Computer Related Services with a small business size of $34M in annual receipts. Preventative Maintenance agreements for PAC one (1) ElementS and four (4) OptiDist instrumentation. This includes IRIS software and instrument firmware updates. These instruments are dedicated for the measurement of sulfur in accordance with ASTM D5453-19a Standard Test Method for Determination of Total Sulfur in Light Hydrocarbons, Spark Ignition Engine Fuel, Diesel Engine Fuel, and Engine Oil by Ultraviolet Fluorescence and ASTM D86-20b Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products and Liquid Fuels at Atmospheric Pressure, respectively. The solicitation will describe and set forth all requirements for the Preventative Maintenance agreements for PAC one (1) ElementS and four (4) OptiDist instrumentation. This includes IRIS software and instrument firmware updates. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
