SYNOPSIS Evaluation, Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Application Support of the JEOL JMS-700 and JEOL JMS-T100LC for EPA NVFEL The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan, intends to purchase an Evaluation, Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Application Support of the JEOL JMS-700 and JEOL JMS-T100LC. The acquisition of this Commercial item will be subject to sole source competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Option: Application Support of the JEOL JMS-700 and JEOL JMS-T100LC The solicitation will describe and set forth all requirements for the Evaluation, Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Application Support of the JEOL JMS-700 and JEOL JMS-T100LC.
