Quantities are unknown at this time. The total cost including shipping charges will NOT TO EXCEED $37,000.00 for a period of 12 months. EPA anticipates placing monthly/quarterly orders. Vendors are to guarantee the quoted price is valid for a period of 12 months. Quotes submitted must comply with all instructions, technical specifications, and requirements set forth in the RFQ. Quotes failing to comply with RFQ may be deemed nonresponsive and may be eliminated from consideration. ***NOTE*** ALL vendors submitting a quote MUST review, complete and sign the attached FAR 52.204-24. This completed document MUST be included with the quote. Failure to provide a completed copy of FAR 52.204-24 or confirm FAR 52.204-26 is completed in SAM will result in being determined to be non-responsive. All vendors must have an "ACTIVE SAM REGISTRATION" or your quote will not be accepted.
