The government intends to issue a Sole Source Firm Fixed Contract to Duke University (Dr. Mercedes Bravo) to provide a full, submission ready manuscript utilizing data collected from the existing contract and provide final written code for cleaning data, performing all analyses, and generating all figures and tables. This effort is a follow on to existing contract, PO # 68HE0B22P0097, for clinical and environmental data in the National COVID19 Cohort Consortium (N3C) to investigate how the air quality exacerbated coronavirus infections/re-infection and severe symptoms upon COVID19 hospitalizations using electronic health records from the N3C.
