The US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Center for Public Health & Environmental Assessment, Pacific Ecological Systems Division located at 200 SW 35th Street Corvallis, OR 97330 has a requirement for the services of a licensed, unarmed security provider for the protection of government workers and property. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being procured using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a 100% small business set aside competition. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, and equipment required in the performance of this contract including, but not limited to communications equipment necessary for contacting emergency services, the COR and/or maintenance personnel. Contract will be provided for unarmed security services, which will include after-hours security checks on the building, and an option for increased 24-hour security in the event of heightened security. The contract will have one-line item for heightened security needs. HSDP-12 requirements are included in Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall ensure all personnel is adequately trained and available to perform the serves as specified. A firm fixed price purchase order (PO)per year is anticipated to be awarded to the vendor who represents the best value to the Government. The contract will have a base year plus two (2) one-year option periods. Base Year: November 1, 2020-October 31, 2021; Option Period 1: November 1, 2021-October 31, 2022; Option Period 2: November 1, 2022-October 31, 2023. Any applicable wage determination(s) will be made a part of the resultant contract. This is a follow on Contract to PO # 68HE0B19P0309 that is currently awarded to Valley Merchant Police.
