This is a requirement to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for PFAS analysis laboratory instrumentation at the US EPA Region 9 Laboratory in Corvallis, Oregon. A single Firm Fixed Price Task Order will be awarded to a vendor holding the specified BPA and GSA Schedule contracts. Quotes must be submitted via FedConnect or email and must be valid for 90 days. The technical approach must address every element of the Performance Work Statement, and pricing must be firm fixed price and clearly broken down. The performance of all services will take place at the specified laboratory address in Corvallis, Oregon.
