The US EPA requires a contractor to provide design and engineering services for a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study at the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site near Ingot, California. The work will establish the analytical basis for selecting a final cleanup remedy, culminating in a well-supported Record of Decision. The program requests funding with an Independent Government Cost Estimate base of $265,613.11 and an overall total of $15,474,151.85.
