This amendment is to extend the response due date to 12.13.2024. Please see changes in attachment "68HE0925Q0002_TART Sources Sought Notice Instructions_rev2_11.23.24". THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INDUSTRY INFORMATION AND FEEDBACK ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED IN MARCH 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. EPA Region 09 is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing EPA with support for water emergencies. EPA anticipates awarding two contracts for water emergencies in FY25. The first contract (named TART) will be for technical assessment and response team; the second contract (named WERRS) will be for water emergency and rapid response services.
