This contract is to maintain gym equipment in compliance of the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) recommendation and to provide repairs to the equipment as needed. Due to some vendors having RFQ submission problems via FedConnect, the purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the RFQ instructions, as seen in "Rev 2 RFQ Instructions - Attachment 1," to include email: Ouk.Nea@epa.gov as optional means for sending quote.
