Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, to identify interested parties with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement regarding TSCA Lead-based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (“RRP” or “Renovator”) Rule training courses for Code Enforcement Officers at the EPA located at: a. Primary facility is located at facilities within EPA Region 9 offices. 2. Performance Work Statement (PWS): Please see attached - RRP Training for Code Enfor Officers Contract SOW draft 2022Sep7 (002) 3. Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. 4. Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for performing Lead-based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (“RRP” or “Renovator”) Rule training courses for Code Enforcement Officers at the EPA located at San Francisco Ca, as described in the performance Work Statement (PWS). 6. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three page (capability statements).
