A question was asked for the EPA to provide confirmation of the company(s) for COIs. The RFP's Evaluation Factors section indicates the PRP at the Sites are the Cyprus Tohono Corporation, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan. Therefore the potential COIs are Cyprus Tohono Corporation and Freeport McMoran.
