This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice for market research purposes, not a solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking input from companies capable of supplying bulk quantities of high-quality gases and commodities to the Science and Technology Center Region 7 Laboratory in Kansas City, Kansas. Responses will help the EPA define its procurement strategy and draft a Performance Work Statement. Interested companies are asked to provide a Capabilities Statement and answer industry feedback questions. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding, and failure to respond does not preclude future participation in any solicitation.
