The Environmental Protection Agency’s Great Lakes National Program Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to PP Systems, Inc. for a fluoroprobe to be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian. This instrument is uniquely capable of measuring the specific wavelengths needed for sampling phytoplankton in the Great Lakes.
