This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The Region 5 US Environmental Protection Agency, 77 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago IL 60604-3507 is seeking to procure 24-hour, multi-day vessel support and crew and marine technicians to sample 56 EPA spring survey monitoring stations in Lake Superior, Lake Huron, and Lake Michigan as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
