The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, is requesting quotes for a FLIR GFx-320 IR Camera -brand name or equal, to assist in on-site and off-site compliance evaluations/inspections at selected facilities. This camera should be capable of detecting hydrocarbon (VOC and HAP) emissions and be used as a tool that can develop violations at these facilities, in addition to verifying compliance with Leak Detection and Repair standards, as allowed by the Alternative Work Practice.
