This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Mississippi Phosphate Phase 1C project in Pascagoula, MS in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 5.101(a)(1). The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about May 4, 2021. Draft specifications are attached for reference; final versions will be posted with the solicitation. See attached for further details. A pre-solicitation meeting and site visit have been scheduled. EPA will conduct a preproposal conference on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 1:00pm Eastern Time. This conference will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Offerors planning to attend the conference must provide written notification to the contracting officer, Geoffrey Krieger, no later than 12pm Eastern Time on Monday, May 10, 2021. Requests received after that date and time may not be answered. Offerors are instructed to send a message via FedConnect. Courtesy emails to Krieger.Geoffrey@epa.gov may also be sent. In the message include the names and email addresses of each person your firm would like to attend. A site visit has been set for Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00pm Central Time.
