This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as solicitation number 68HE0325Q0015. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
