This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 68HE0319Q0007. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; The RFQ package with all requirements is available through FedConnect.com. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03, Effective 12 June 2019. This is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 562211 with a size standard of $35.5M. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award a Fixed-Unit Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, including one twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods. This requirement is for the Hazardous Waste Removal and Emergency Response Services for the U.S. EPA Environmental Science Center, located at Fort Meade, MD. In order to maintain the Environmental Science Center in compliance with all of the various environmental regulations, the agency requires hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal and disposal services, as well as emergency response and spill cleanup services, from the private sector.
