This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), an independent federal agency, seeks qualified small business vendors to provide communications services, including strategic media support, message development, media content creation, social media engagement, crisis communications, and creative design.
