Description NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration, intends to award a single source contract to AT&T Corp. to provide 50 MB Wired, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) to the Oakland VA Regional Office s satellite office located at 3046 Prospect Park Dr, STE 200 Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. The VA has a requirement for Wired DIA Internet Services. AT&T Corp. was the only source identified in the region that provided Wired DIA Internet Services. Other sources were able to provide standard, commercial Shared internet services but were not able to provide DIA Internet Services. Purpose of the Announce: In accordance with FAR Part 5, this notice provides written notice of the VA s decision to contract with AT&T Corp. via single source procedures. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the VA. Period of Performance (POP): 06-01-2021 to 05-31-2021; 3 Year Contract (Base + Two One-Year Options).
