The VA Office of Inspector General is seeking information on commercially available off-the-shelf investigative case management systems to fulfill the requirements in its attached Statement of Work. This is a Request for Information for market research only and is not a formal solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Vendors are requested to submit a Capability Package, which must include a Rough Order of Magnitude pricing estimate and confirmation of willingness to provide a virtual product demonstration. Responses are voluntary, will not result in an award, and become government property.
