The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 10) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Little Red House Adult Day Care Services Spring Lake, MI. The procurement is to provide Community Adult Day Care Service for a period of 12 months. This facility currently provides this service and this contract is being put in place to avoid a gap in service until this requirement reverts to Community Care Services The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Comments shall be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM, EST, on 3/9/2020 to Miriam LeMaitre, Contracting Officer, at miriam.lemaitre@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
