Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Butler, PA catchment area (Butler County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at those facilities. The sole source awards will remain in effect until 12/31/2020 or when new contracts are placed.
