The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a six (6) month modification with Matheson Tri Gas to continue the delivery of Bulk Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen at the West Haven and Newington Veterans Affairs, Connecticut. Due to the time it will take to award and install contractor owned tanks this six (6) month modification is for coverage during 04/05/2022-10/04/2022. During that time frame solicitation 36C24122Q0306 will have been awarded and scheduled for install for a 5-year BPA. The applicable NAICS code is 325120 with a 1000 employee size standard. The PSC is 6835. The authority for this action is FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and 6.304 Approval of the Justification.
