The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Policy Analysis/Chief Strategy Office has a requirement for a contractor to provide Independent Assessments for the Cleland-Dole Act Section 194. The contractor shall provide independent and objective analyses and recommendations to VHA for implementation of Section 194 of the Cleland-Dole Act. The contractor shall coordinate the overall planning and outcomes of the assessments conducted by all participating entities as described in the law, as well as provide program management, process engineering, content analysis, and acquisition support as required to ensure the Veterans Administration produces a final report that is in full compliance with law.
