VHA Office of Sterile Processing requires the purchase, installation and sustainment of... *SYNOPSIS* The Government anticipates an a sole source award to Censis Technologies Inc. for CensiTrac Software. VHA Office of Sterile Processing requires the purchase, installation and sustainment of CensiTrac SPS ITS at VA medical facilities across the country. Secretary of Veterans Affairs Douglas A. Collins has directed VA to standardize products, workflows, and integrations for VA facilities. CensiTrac is currently deployed in the six sites that are live with the Federal Electronic Health Records (FEHR) and is an already interfaced baseline product that is currently used for the FEHR modernization. VA also requires that the solution interface with the current Electronic Health Records system, and enable and improve the tracking, cleaning, sterilization processing and distribution of Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) within VA medical facilities.
