The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to issue and award a firm-fixed-priced modification against Contract 36C10B19C0059 with B3 Group, LLC (B3) located 10780 Parkridge Blvd FL 4, Reston, Virginia 20191-4373. Through this action, VA will be able to modify its projected maximum telecommunication spend ceilings captured within the Enterprise Telecommunications Expense Management Software (ETEMS) platform contract to reflect modified projected telecommunication spend in the outyears of the contract. This Contract manages telecommunication spend and inventory, and directly supports efforts such as VA’s General Services Administration Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Task Orders. While the modification affects the remainder of the contract, the overarching Period of Performance (PoP) shall not be affected, and the current PoP will continue through November 02, 2024 as planned. VA expects to award this action within Fiscal Year 2024. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.201, this notification is being issued and will provide the redacted Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition that was approved for this effort.
