**NOTE - This Sources Sought is an amendment to one posted June 2024 with title 'R499 - People Readiness Training Platform License Procurement'.** The purpose of this amendment is to notify respondent... **NOTE - This Sources Sought is an amendment to one posted June 2024 with title 'R499 - People Readiness Training Platform License Procurement'.** The purpose of this amendment is to notify respondents that the Government has reviewed the submissions, input and information provided in response to the Request for Information. Based on this review, VA is posting this update to notify Industry of changes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code has been updated from 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) to 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) to better suit the requirement. Additionally, VA reviewed potential acquisition strategies for this effort. Based on Market Research, VA anticipates that in the event a solicitation is released (either for fiscal year 2024 or 2025 and subject to availability of funding), it intends to do so through the Government Point of Entry, under NAICS 541519 on an unrestricted basis as there is not an ability to set aside to small business offerors given limits of subcontracting requirements. VA fully reserves its sovereign rights and ability to modify, cancel or otherwise alter its requirements. Additionally, given feedback and input, VA has made several changes to the Performance Work Statement (attached to this posting for informational purposes). VA will accept feedback with respect to this posting until Friday, August 30, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET. Any feedback shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at michael.weckesser@va.gov.
