The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified vendors who are able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information & Technology and Member Services (MS) Training and Quality Management (TQM) in their mission to provide world class learning events to VHA personnel. Member Services Training and Quality office is seeking possible product alternatives to the brand name Software as a Service application Amplifire. Member Services intends to use Amplifire or an equivalent in order to provide synchronous and asynchronous educational content for new hire, service skills, refresher trainings and other services specific to Member Services business line. Training and Quality provides trainings to various business lines with different needs and requirements including Help Desk, Pharmacy Services, First Party, Enrollment Case Management, et. al.
