This is an unrestricted solicitation to provide custom made orthotics & prosthetics to all VISN 5 medical centers. The government is contemplating a multiple award, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to allow Government Purchase Card holders to place orders under the micropurchase threshold. The government reserves the right to award all or none. All technical & price proposals are due to Phillip.Duba@va.gov by Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 12:00PM EST. The government will be using comparative evaluation factors found in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to come up with the best benefit to the government.
