All descriptions use Fotona Ultra Performance Lasers & Accessories. Additional technical requirements are listed in the Statement of Work. If you are not the manufacturer, you must submit authorization that you are a distributor of the items that you propose. The Brand/Make/Model must be FDA approved, and evidence must be submitted with your proposal. All technical & price proposals are due no later than Friday, June 13, 2025 by 12:00PM EST, to Phillip.Duba@va.gov.
