April 27, 2022 This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Document Destruction Services for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, the Martinsburg Vet Center, and five (5) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS is 561990. Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. All final technical and price proposals are due on Friday, May 13, 2022, by 3:00PM EST. May 6, 2022 Posted the submitted questions ansd answers. Also updated the solicitation to remove all references to pulping. This is strictly for paper shredding. All final technical and price proposals are due on Friday, May 13, 2022, by 3:00PM EST. May 11, 2022 All final technical and price proposals are due on Wedneday, May 18, 2022 by 3:00PM EST to Phillip.Duba@va.gov. I have added some additional questions to help clarify ambiguity, please see Question & Answers (2) in conjunction with the original Questions & Answers. The Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to remove "I.V. bags, patient wristbands, and any other plastic material" has been removed from page 8 of the solicitation, since the contractor will not be responsible for this material, see RFQ 36C24522Q0500 (003). May 16, 2022 I have posted a final question referening the ceilig price of this IDIQ. Please see the attachment RFQ 36C24522Q0500 Q-A(3).
