Services will include the provision of Wheelchair Van services originating or terminating at the VA Northampton Medical Center, Leeds, MA as well as community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) located in Central and Western MA, and any New England regional VA Medical Center, Community Care Centers, Non-VA Medical Facilities, or a patient s residence. The full solicitation will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://beta.sam.gov on or about January 20th, 2021. Performance period will be 365 calendar days after award, with four 1-year option periods. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming request for quote (RFQ) solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer, who will consolidate all questions and release a FAQ amendment (if necessary) once the solicitation is released.
