Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform service, replace existing equipment, and to install new equipment for the scope of work as shown in Attachment 1 – General Improvements SOW for project 463-23-LS1 for the AVAHS outpatient clinic located at 1201 N Muldoon Rd, Anchorage, AK, 99504. HVAC Repairs (CLIN #1): Replace 1x ABB VFD with a Government Furnished (GFE) ABB recommended replacement model, in Penthouse A North at 1201 N Muldoon Rd, Anchorage, AK, 99504. Replace 1x Ebtron Airflow Transmitter only, (not the manifold), with a GFE Ebtron recommended replacement model at 1201 N Muldoon Rd, Anchorage, AK, 99504. Eyewash Stations (CLIN #2): Remove and replace 8x GFE eyewash stations located in 1A152, 1A212, 1B148, 1C147 (2), 1D134. 2B147, and 2B163, at 1201 N Muldoon Rd, Anchorage, AK, 99504. Install 1x new GFE eyewash station located in 1B107, at 1201 N Muldoon Rd, Anchorage, AK, 99504. Mixing Valves (CLIN #3): Provide and replace 27x thermostatic mixing valves in several residential bath/showers in 4x buildings: 3001 C St., Anchorage, AK, 99503, (Domiciliary/Veterans Industries): Remove 15 shower valves and 3 tub/shower combination valves. Installation of new shower valves and tub/shower valves. 709 N. Hoyt St., Anchorage, AK, 99508, (Transitional Housing): Removal of 4 tub/shower combination valves. Installation of new shower valves and tub/shower valves. 932 E. 12th Ave., Anchorage, AK, 99501, (Transitional Housing): Removal of 4 tub/shower combination valves. Installation of new shower valves and tub/shower valves. 944 E. 12th Ave., Anchorage, AK, 99501, (Transitional Housing): Removal of 4 tub/shower combination valves. Installation of new shower valves and tub/shower valves. Submittals will be required for the thermostatic mixing valves, flux, solder, piping, and any other products needed to complete the work.
