Purpose: The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist to fulfill the scope of work described below and assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for small business. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy. Scope of work: The location must be knowledgeable with GSA regulations surrounding the responsible warehousing and proper management of personal property. The storage of these assets would require an adequate amount of available warehouse space as well as modified maintenance procedures while housed in a centralized location. The location will also be responsible for the security of stored assets, though only after physical custody has been transferred. The storage area must be of appropriate temperature and humidity to allow for minimal equipment and medical asset deterioration. Also required is the capability to safely and responsibly store hazardous material deemed to be in scope for the program.
