Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and supplies necessary to complete Grounds Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Interment Support, and Headstone Services necessary to ensure the services are performed at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery in a manner that will promote and maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance throughout.
